Established in 2008 by our founder, Carlos Hernandez, APC has been steadfast in its commitment to providing job opportunities for those seeking assistance in the employment journey.

Our Unique Approach: Empathy and Empowerment

Our mission goes beyond the conventional. We are contracted with the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security Rehabilitation Services (RSA), and our participants are referred to us by their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors. At APC, we embrace a philosophy that sees beyond disabilities, recognizing that every individual accomplishes things in their unique way.
