Work Adjustment Training

We provide support to assist individuals in developing and/or improving work, behavior, and interpersonal skills that will help achieve employment. Job coaches work with clients one-on-one to prepare them for competitive employment. Clients who qualify for this program are placed in local work sites of their interest. We have partnered with  multiple businesses that have agreed to host job sites that offer work simulated environment to fit  your interests.

  • Learn about receiving inventory, organizing stock, disassemble different types of electronics and maintaining a clean warehouse.

  • Program provides specific job training to those interested in customer service/retail. Learn skills in: sales, stocking, and customer service skills.

  • ​Learn how to properly handle, prepare food and effectively sanitize work areas. Prepare and deliver food to customers.

  • Learn how to clean, sanitize, and organize utilizing different cleaning products and tools.

  • Learn the skills necessry to work in a grocery store like bagging groceries, inventory control, and customer service

  • Learn how to properly interact with customers by communicating effectively, working as part of a team, learning proper phone etiquette, typing skills, and Microsoft applications.
