​Our Job Developers assist the youth and adults in performing efficient job searches by identifying work preferences, interview techniques and developing effective resumes. The Job Developer will work with participants in need of employment services and refer them to employment opportunities or appropriate local community resources. They will help build relationships with community organizations and businesses in order to place participants into work experience sites or training activities. The Job developer will also evaluate and monitor progress of participants' job skills, placement, work performance and job opportunities.
